Products

All garments are printed to order for each customer by our production partner. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed result.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro (EUR). The seller is exempt from VAT, so no VAT is added. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.

Orders are currently placed and paid on Etsy. Card and PayPal payment on this website are planned; these terms will then apply to website orders as well.

Shipping

We ship to the European Union and the United States.

Each item is produced after you order it, then shipped. The estimated delivery date for your country is shown at checkout. You receive tracking information once the parcel is on its way.

No returns for change of mind

Because every item is made to order for you, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014, Section 29(1)(c); EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)). We do not accept returns or exchanges for a wrong size or a change of mind, so please check the size chart before ordering.

Defective, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives with a printing defect, is damaged, or is not what you ordered, write to us with your order number and a photo of the item and its label. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will send you a new item free of charge, or refund you if a replacement is not possible. You do not need to send the faulty item back.

Your statutory rights as a consumer for defective goods remain unaffected.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no progress for an unusually long time, contact us and we will check with the carrier and send a replacement if the parcel is lost.

Complaints and applicable law

Hungarian law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply. Complaint options are listed in the Impressum.
